This auction helps to raise vital funding to support our operations and our annual tap festival. We were forced to cancel the 2025 tap festival due to sudden loss of a committed NEA grant. This would have been our 25th annual tap festival, and we are hoping to raise enough funds to ensure we still get to hold our 25th annual tap festival next year, June 2026.

Some items are available for shipping, some only for local pickup. Please read each item description for shipping options if available. This auction will close at 9:00pm Central and winners announced at the tap jam and on socials that evening. Winners will be notified.

The Fabric of Our 35 Years Can Be Yours!

We are planning a sale of Tapestry costumes...

Not only does this collection represent hundreds of dance works by dozens of choreographers from Austin and beyond, they have held the souls of many beautiful Tapestry dancers with many designs traveling around the world. Many of these original pieces were created by Austin costume design legend Buffy Manners and held the rhythms not only of tap dance but ballet, modern and jazz. To prove how old we are, we have tons of unitards in all colors and designs...including white!

We're working on the details of that sale to be at our facility this summer and we'll keep you posted! - we'll also have a teaser at the jam!

As well, If you are a past Tapestry dancer and want to grab a part of your dance past now or perhaps a dance company or performer and would like to get sneak peak live or via FB, WA or Zoom, let us know by emailing us at dance@tapestry.org. We can set up personal tours if you're interested in looking at costume collections and designs for a group.

You don't have to be local to purchase,

we can organize shipping them to you as well!
