About the course
Come step out of your head and into your flow in this breath-based, all-levels yoga flow class. Each week, we will learn about the chakra system and one of the seven chakras in the body. Then we'll move through a yoga flow sequenced to help balance that week's chakra. We'll stretch and strengthen while uniting the breath, body, mind, and soul back into oneness. Treat yourself to an hour that's all about YOU! You can expect to learn more about yourself and the anatomy of energy in the body. Expect a well-balanced, chakra-based class with a long svasana at the end.
