One Step at a Time!
December 2020 Report
A delayed and revised premiere online now!
As Tapestry Dance continues to prioritize the health and well-being of our patrons, artists, staff, and the community at large due to the continuing spread of COVID-19, we will continue to have a hold on all on-site academy classes and events. We SO miss our students, but safety for all comes first. We are deeply saddened by not being able to share the power of dance in person with our beloved students as well as our patrons, artists, musicians and others due to the cancelled shows, rehearsals and events that came to a halt, or were cancelled on March 15th or soon after. Little did we know, that Saturday the 14th, with dozens of you in class, would be our last for awhile. For the professional company, having to cancel the premiere of Looking Forward/Looking Back in celebration of our 30th Anniversary Season was one of the most difficult. Incredible works by some of our alumni; re-imagined in our current pandemic is online now!
One step at a time; one choreographic piece at a time
and a diverse selection of locations and film editing!
We will keep you posted via this website, newsletters, FB (Tapestry Dance) and Instagram.
Please feel free to email us at dance@tapestry.org as well or give us a call at 512.4.RHYTHM.
We're still here!
Thank you for your patience as we manage through this rapidly (and daily) changing landscape. We are grateful for your dedication to Tapestry – our incredible artists, our history and our mission to share the power of dance through performance and education / Weaving Dance Into Life.
We look forward to the time when we can share these services and programs IN PERSON with you again!
Please stay safe and take care of each other. We’re all in this together.
One step at a time.
